Reception

The reception of our hospital is designed to provide a more welcoming and friendly environment to all the incomers by addressing their enquiries with all the possible assistance.

Further we make sure that our medical reception team is efficient, professional and compassionate to the patients and visitors at all time even in the busy situations where emergencies and sensitive cases are being handled.

Patient Waiting Lobby

The patient waiting lobby is created off the hospital's main lobby . It provides a more private and comfortable area for the patients and families while they are waiting for their turn of treatment . The spacious room is painted in soothing neutral tones and outfitted with comfortable furnishings which give a relief of their ailments .

A counter has been designed in the patient waiting lobby dedicated for the assistance of the patients at any time and ready to serve as a caretaker

Pharmacy

At treeG eye care Hospital there is an in house pharmacy which dispenses all types of medicines prescribed by our doctors . The specialty of the pharmacy is that it uses integrated software system with the OP department which ensures the efficacy in dispensing medicines . The pharmacists are able to dispense medicines only that is prescribed in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) of the patient .

The pharmacy is equipped with the optimum inventory of the medicines which ensures the availability of all the medicines prescribed by the Doctors . The trained professionals in the pharmacy help our patients for the better care and advices in taking medicines . Utmost care is taken in dispensing medicines and also in giving advices to the patients and hence the pharmacy at treeG becomes the best .

Counseling

Our Counseling department is equipped with personnel that are professionally qualified and highly experienced in the field of counseling patients in eye care hospital. Patients are taken with utmost care . Each and every patient is studied individually and counseled with great care and empathy .

Here our patients are made aware of the treatments and procedures they are going to undergo along with the support of the nursing staff .
